1. Delivery time would take approximately 10-14 working days(weekends & Public Holidays excluded) after payment has been made.This is because
our items are not ready stock and pre-order has to be made and the supplier is outside Malaysia which is Singapore,US,and China
2. Please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive. AGAIN,DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WAIT.
4. We provide the best price for our items, hence all items are non-negotiable.
5. Items ordered may be out of stock or shipment delayed under certain circumstances, hence, we request for your patience. We will keep you informed.
6. All products are brand-new and prices listed are exclusive of postage.Any adjustment of price is due to different postage rate,we will inform you.We will also provide you tracking number to track your order.
7. Due to settings of individual monitor displays, colour you see may be slightly different with the picture posted.
8. Please allow at least 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.
9. All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery.
10. We are NOT responsible for any poor quality, off line, difference of material, dirty marks, and etc as well as damages or lost while shipping.
11. [All GOODS SOLD IS NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE] Any customer ,reason will not be entertained for exchange. Please be informed the fact that most minor problems can be easily fixed.
12. After payment, if the items that you purchase is out of stock, you may choose other items as a replacement. If customer insists to refund the amount, we will REFUND the full payment made to their bank account.
13. Goods will be arranged and sent out within 3 days after receiving from supplier.
14. Inform us when your payment is made and kindly provide us the details in order for us to clarify.(if needed)
15. If you fill out the error (or no sign) the address or contact telephone numbers which led to packages to be returned.
We are not responsible for the re-issued postage. Buyer must pay extra postage, we than just will help you to redeliver.
